What is this item called…
A stand for your book/wine glass for when you take a bath. Usually wooden or wire.
Where could I get one?
Rottie: It’s not something to store my books/magazines on…its for when I’m IN the tub, it acts like a table. I can set stuff on it (like a book) while I’m in the tub and read 
This may be a stupid question, but why do you want it in the tub? Just get a little stand with open shelves that you can put alongside the tub.
