How can I get a nice toned fit body? Im tired of lookin like a kid I need muscles. Please Help?
I mean Imma small dude and I’ve tried everything and still no results. I want to have a nice body by next summer so can somebody please give me a steady workout routine to help me achieve my goal. Thanx.
join a gym or if not get a set of dumbells and do sum arm excersises, leg excersises and stomach. squats are good to do. work ur triceps aswell as ur biceps and crunches, and sit ups foryour stomach. do sum pull ups aswel it should help ur muscles grow bigger.
eat alot of protein aswell and make sure u work ur whole body. dont only do ur arms and leave everythin else.
if u dont get any muscles join the armed forces they should help ya out
